No account required to begin. No fields to fill in. Open eJoin, tap InstaQ, and you have a working line you can show to the next guest who walks up. If it turns out you don't need it, walk away — unclaimed lines quietly clean themselves up.

Log in to keep it — and brand it as yours

When the line proves its worth, log in to claim it. From that moment it's your line: it carries your venue name, your tone, and joins the other venues already using eJoin. Guests who join start to recognise the pattern — the same calm flow they've seen at a bakery, a clinic, a museum, a bar.

Attract customers from a distance

Your QR is portable. Broadcast it as a poster in the window, a sticker on the door, a slide on a screen, a graphic in a social post. Someone walking past — or scrolling past — can put themselves in your line before they've even reached you. The line starts working for you the moment the QR is visible.

Freedom for your guests

Once a guest is in the line, they're free. They can browse your shop, sit on a bench across the square, finish a coffee next door, or simply relax. The only rule is the calm one: be present when it's your turn. No standing, no crowding, no nervous glances at the door.

What you actually need to run it

The MVP is just your phone. That's it. One device in your pocket and you can serve a queue all day.

• Minimum: your phone.
• Nice to have: one or more printed QR posters placed where guests arrive — or broadcast remotely.
• Ideal: a tablet at your point of service showing the guest QR. Easy to scan, easy to point at, and it doubles as a calm signal that there's a real line here.

When does an InstaQ line expire?

Unclaimed InstaQ lines are designed to be light and disposable — so you can experiment without consequence. The rules are simple and silent (no countdowns shown to guests):

• No guests joined: the line expires after 2 hours.
• Guests joined, but still unclaimed: the line expires after 4 hours.
• Claimed (you logged in and took ownership): no expiry from InstaQ — the line follows the normal session lifecycle for as long as you want to run it.

In short: try it freely. If it matters, claim it. If it doesn't, the system tidies up after you.

InstaQ exists because the hardest part of any new tool is starting it. So we removed the start. Tap once, and a calm line for your venue is alive in the world — ready for the next guest who walks past your window.
