    Reserve before it starts

    Open reservations ahead of time. Guests pick a Spot for an upcoming session — a surf lesson, a workshop, a class — and arrive ready.

    Join when it's live

    Once a session is live, free Spots can be claimed in real time. This works for drop-in activities and walk-ups, not just pre-booked events.

    Waitlists when it's full

    When all Spots are taken, guests can join a waitlist (if admins want). If a Spot frees up, they get a chance to take it.

    Add staffed or open queues

    Pair Spots with eLine eQ-mode for staffed counters (registration, equipment pickup) or unstaffed/light-staffed WeQ-mode for shared resources (showers, lockers, bathrooms).Users confirm presence when it's about their turn (Admin fine tune to context), confirm usage and checks out to keep the WeQ-line flowing. WeQ is a play of words 'We Queue' (as in 'alone' or as a 'crowd' - without an operator).
